Welcome to ReFi Cosmetics (“we,” “us,” “our”). We operate this online store, hosted on Shopify, and all related content, features, products, and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Your Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Services, and you consent to any minor dependents’ use of the Services on devices you manage. You agree that all information you provide (including email, billing, payment, and shipping details) is accurate, current, and complete, and you will keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.
2. Our Products
We strive to display our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings, and we do not warrant that products will match your expectations or on-screen depictions. Product descriptions, formulations, and packaging may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product or limit quantities offered to any person, region, or order — including limiting the number of identical items per order for security and fair-availability reasons.
3. Product Safety and Allergy Disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics that may cause allergic reactions or sensitivity in some individuals. Before use, review the full ingredient list on the packaging and product page. We strongly recommend a patch test before first full use: apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use immediately if you experience redness, irritation, itching, swelling, or any adverse reaction, and consult a medical professional if symptoms persist. If you have allergies, sensitive skin, a skin condition, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a physician before use. Individual results vary, and you use our products at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for allergic reactions or irritation where products were manufactured in accordance with applicable law.
4. No Medical Advice
All information on the Services — product descriptions, ingredient information, tutorials, and reviews — is for general cosmetic and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our products are cosmetics intended to cleanse and improve the appearance of skin; they are not drugs or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
5. Proper Use; Misuse Disclaimer
Use products only as directed on the label. Unless stated otherwise, products are for external, topical use only — do not ingest or apply to eyes, mucous membranes, or broken skin. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and store as directed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or damage arising from: use contrary to labeled directions; use after expiration or the period-after-opening (PAO) indication; improper storage; combining products with substances we do not recommend; failure to patch test or discontinue after irritation; or tampering with products after they leave our control.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and payment is processed. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected, quantity limits are exceeded, or a pricing or product error is obvious. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated after acceptance, so review orders carefully. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided, and refund any amounts paid for cancelled items. Purchases are for personal or household use only, not commercial resale or export. Returns and exchanges are governed by Section 7 (Returns and Refunds).
7. Returns and Refunds — 14-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible products within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unopened, with any hygiene seal intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email). For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.

Unless a product is faulty or we shipped the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval and issue any refund to your original payment method within [10] business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, in which case we will refund or replace the product and cover reasonable return shipping.
Free gifts, samples, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. Where a promotion or bundle discount applied to your order, refunds may be adjusted to reflect the value actually paid. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law regarding faulty or misdescribed products.
8. Prices, Promotions, and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when your order is placed, as stated in your order confirmation. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and customs or import charges unless expressly stated. Online prices may differ from other sales channels. Promotions, discount codes, and free samples are subject to availability, may carry their own terms (which control if they conflict with these Terms), have no cash value, and may not be resold. You represent that your payment information is accurate, you are authorized to use the payment method, and you will pay all charges at posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content — trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and their design and arrangement — are owned by ReFi Cosmetics, its affiliates, or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Services content without our prior written consent. Shopify’s names and marks belong to Shopify; all other marks belong to their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, ideas, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display it in any medium for any purpose, including commercial and promotional use. You represent that you own or have rights to your Feedback, that it is accurate and lawful, that you have disclosed any compensation or incentives received, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, contain malware, or include unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or misleading content. You may not use a false identity or misrepresent the origin of Feedback. We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback at our discretion, have no obligation to keep it confidential or compensate you, and assume no liability for content posted by you or others.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to: violate any law or regulation; infringe intellectual property or other rights; harass, defame, or harm any person; transmit false or misleading information; send spam or unsolicited promotions; impersonate any person or entity; upload viruses or malicious code; scrape, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Services; collect others’ personal information; or interfere with or circumvent security or access-control measures, including through bots, scrapers, or automated tools. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for any violation.
13. Automated Agents
Software agents acting on a person’s behalf may not access the Services unless they identify themselves as agents in the user-agent string (“Agent/[agent name]”), do not mimic human behavior or complete CAPTCHAs, answer truthfully when asked whether they are automated, and do not circumvent measures controlling agent access. We may block or limit agent access at any time by technical or other means.
14. Relationship with Shopify
Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases made through the store are made directly between you and ReFi Cosmetics, and ReFi Cosmetics is your point of contact for all questions, orders, returns, and support.
15. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy at [LINK]. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information under its own privacy policy, and your data may be shared with Shopify and service providers, including in other countries. They are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsement, your use of them is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any harm arising from them. Direct any complaints about third-party products or services to the third party.

Information on the Services is provided for general purposes only, and reliance on it is at your own risk. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY US, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE DISCLAIMERS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ReFi Cosmetics, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReFi Cosmetics and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Services. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim, and you agree to cooperate in the defense.
21. Termination
We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time, at our discretion, without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due through the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — survive termination.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the State of California United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Diego, Ca and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us (Our Contact Form) and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction of residence.
23. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and severed to the extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them without notice. Headings are for convenience only.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We will notify you of material changes as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
